Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Ontario only.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. We primarily ship via a reputable carrier - Sendle.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Weather & Carrier Delays
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds & Returns
Because our products are food and consumable items, we are unable to accept returns.
Non-Returnable Items
All elderberry syrups, teas, and other consumable products are final sale once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement item
A store credit
A refund to the original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
